Front Line - Handbook on European Union and Norwegian Guidelines on Human Rights Defenders
I was commissioned by Front Line to write a user-friendly handbook on both the EU and Norwegian guidelines on human rights defenders. The handbook - part of Front Line's ongoing capacity-building efforts - is meant for human rights defenders themselves. It summarizes the main provisions of the EU and Norwegian guidelines and provides tips and guidance to human rights defenders for benefiting from these policies. Front Line released the handbook at the fourth Dublin Platform for Human Rights Defenders, held from 22-24 November 2007.
